7 Days Samburu ,Aberdares,Lake Nakuru,Masai Mara
Day 1: Nairobi - Samburu Game Reserve
At 0700Hrs, after Morning Breakfast from Sovereign Suites Hotel, you will be met by Myself together with your driver Safari guide and have a short briefing then head towards Northern part of Kenya passing near Thika and continue through some breath taking scenery dotted with rushing mountain streams and fields of tea and coffee. After Nanyuki town, you will continue North,eventually reaching a dusty outpost known as Isiolo,the last major stop on the journey into the remote northern frontier district.From here it is fairly a hot spot to Samburu,proceed to the Lodge Check inn and have Lunch. After lunch at Leisure. At 1600Hrs, proceed for the Evening Game Drive, this Region is known for Rare animals such as the Reticulated Giraffes, Gravy"s Zebra, Giraffe Gazelle, Somali Ostrich ammong other animals, then back to the Lodge.Dinner and overnight on a Full board Basis(FB.) at Sarova Shaba Game Lodge - 4 Star Lodge/Samburu Sopa - 4 Star (Approximately 330 Kilometers - 6 hours)
Day 2: Samburu Game Reserve
The Second Day in Samburu, At 0730Hrs, after Morning Breakfast, depart for Game Drive in Samburu Park. This region experience very Hot temperatures and so most of the Animals will go down the river "Ewasonyiro" to drink water, that is why we do our Game Drive here after Breakfast. In this Park we have 5 Unique animals like the "Reticulated Giraffe", "Gravy"s Zebra", "Baisser Oryx", "Vulturine Ginnie fowl",and the "Somali Ostrich" you will then go back to the Lodge by 1100Hrs.Have Lunch at Mid Day, thereafter leisure. At 1600Hrs, go for an Evening Game Drive then return to the lodge as the sun sets. Dinner and overnight on a Full board basis (FB) at Sarova Shaba Game Lodge - 4 Star Lodge/Samburu Sopa - 4 Star.
Day 3 :Samburu-Aberdares
At 0800Hrs, After Breakfast, depart the Samburu National Park then head towards Nyeri Town, one of the Kenya"s major towns and provincial headquarters in the region, you will be dropped off at the Aberdare Country Club for Lunch. After Lunch you will be transferred to the "Ark Hotel" on a Shared transport means by Bus to the Ark Lodge. This is a more relaxing place where you will have a chance to relax from your Balcony to watch the Animals coming to the "Water Hole" to drink. You may have an opportunity to see the animals species of the Forest like the "Giant forest Hog" Elephants,Buffalo's"s, Hyenas e.t.c. Dinner and overnight on a Full board basis (FB) at The Ark Lodge : 4 Star Lodge. Approximately 180 Kilometers.
Day 4:Aberdares - Lake Nakuru
At 0800Hrs, After breakfast, Safari starts and takes you North West, you will stop at the "EQUATOR" where you will see the Line where the Middle of the World crosses, see the the water Demonstration, then then head to Nyahururu, still known to many as Thomson"s Falls for its 237 foot cascade. Now travel in a southerly direction to your destination, the spectacular Lake Nakuru. Enter the Park and proceed to the Lodge where you will have lunch. After lunch time to relax. At 1530Hrs, you will proceed for your Evening game drive, Lake Nakuru is known as Home for the White Rhinos, and at the moment some few Flamingos due to Climate Change, Pelicans, Cormorants, Stilt e.t.c. There are also other several animals like the "Rare Rothschild Giraffes, Buffalo's, Zebras, Gazelles,e.t.c before returning to the lodge as the sun sets. Dinner & Overnight on a Full board basis (FB) at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge - 4 star Lodge or Lake Nakuru Lodge- 4 Star. (Approximately 230kmts). (5 hours)
Day 5: Nakuru- Maasai Mara
At 0700Hrs, After an early morning breakfast, drive to Narok town via Mai-Mahiu. You will travel across the bread basket of Kenya, covered with acres of Wheat and Barley, before you reach the Mara in time for lunch. Following lunch and a siesta. At 1600Hrs, you will proceed for the Evening game drive returning to the lodge as the sun sets. Masai Mara is famously known for its variety of animals i.e Wildebeests, the Lions, Elephants, Buffalo"s, Zebras, Gazelles, Antelopes, Ostriches, Warthogs, Cheetahs, among other animals. Dinner and overnight on a Full board basis (FB) Sarova Mara Game Camp-5 star Camp/ Mara Sopa - 4 Star/ Mara Sentrim - 3 Star. ( Approximately 320kmts) OPTIONAL EXTRA ACTIVITY "Lake Naivasha Boat Ride" Clients have an opportunity on this day to do a unique Experience of "Boat ride Excursion" within the Fresh water Lake to see family of Hippopotamus and a vast variety of birds, i.e Fish Eagle, King Fisher, Pelicans, Cormorants e.t.c. This is on your way to Masai Mara, and can be arranged with your Safari Driver Guide so that you depart the Hotel early after Breakfast, on your way to the Masai Mara. Day 6: Masai Mara
The Second day in the Masai Mara. At 0730Hrs, After Morning Breakfast, you will depart for a Full day Game Drive with your Picnic Lunch Boxes. You will explore The Masai Mara National Reserve, visit the Mara River which nearly boarders Kenya & Tanzania,here you have a chance of seeing Crocodile. You have the better part of day to spot more animals, i.e Lions, Cheetahs,Elephants and if "Lucky" spot the Leopard and Black Rhino which are the rare animals to see. You will have an opportunity to have your Lunch under a tree in the plain Savannah surrounded by Zebras & Gazelles. After Lunch, you will return back to the Camp with a Game drive en route, arriving at the Lodge by 1600Hrs. Dinner & Overnight on a Full board basis (FB) at Sarova Mara Game Camp-5 star Camp/ Mara Sopa - 4 Star/ Mara Sentrim - 3 Star. OPTIONAL EXTRA ACTIVITY:"Hot Air Balloon ride " Masai Mara Is Famously Known for "Hot Air Balloon ride" where Clients take a Balloon ride ans see the animals from above. It takes 1 Hours Flight with a Champagne Breakfast in the Bush, then you will be driven back with a Game Drive to your Lodge. This is POSSIBLE on the second day in the Masai Mara. Day 7: Masai Mara-Nairobi.
At 0700Hrs, After breakfast you will depart the Masai Mara and head across acres of rolling wheat and barley farms to Narok. From here cross the vast plains on the floor of the Rift valley whilst keeping an eye out for herds of Gazelles before heading up the rift escarpment,you will then arrive into Kenya"s bustling capital City Nairobi, then proceed to the World famous "CARNIVORE RESTAURANT" for Lunch. You will have an opportunity to taste some kinds of Meat such as Beef, Goat, Lamb, Pork,Chicken, Fish,Turkey, Crocodile, Ostrich, Camel and deserts. After Lunch, depart the Restaurant for Nairobi Airport where you will be dropped off at Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or Nairobi Hotel (Approximately 270 Kilometers.).
